Our growth has come from a philosophy of providing solid, consistent service to our customers and our ability to offer unique products and solutions. Still, to ensure continued growth and competitiveness in the market, Premier continuously invests in the latest technology available to the woodworking industry,” says Founder and President, Andy Wilzoch.

A Commitment to Quality

Andy’s commitment to high-quality processes and products dates back to the beginning of his career. While searching for a solutions provider that could help him achieve the level of quality and efficiency he needed to grow his company, Andy was introduced to Stiles Machinery.

During the 1994 International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, Georgia, Andy met with the Stiles team and experienced their wide variety of manufacturing solutions. Impressed by the capabilities and advanced quality of the machinery, Andy purchased his first CNC Machining Center from Stiles, and so began a long, trusting relationship that continues to this day.

When I buy machines, I need flexibility because we move around from industry to industry regarding what we offer, and our machines have to be able to support that,” says Andy.

When asked why he has continued working with Stiles over the years, Andy’s answer was twofold:

My eyes were opened to who Stiles was and what was important to them, and it was the same things that were important to me. Because our values were the same, it has been easy to stay with them over the years.”

However, Andy stressed that if Stiles’ products had been substandard, the relationship would not have lasted. To Andy, it is the combination of Stiles’ high-quality products and commitment to shared values that has enabled this relationship to stand the tests of time.

With the technology I’ve received from Stiles, I am never pigeonholed into producing a certain type of product,” says Andy. “Our technology allows us to be diverse in what we offer, which is the real secret to our success. When one industry loses momentum, we have a backup.”

This has certainly proved to be true throughout the years, as Premier EuroCase has evolved from a small custom cabinetry manufacturer to a full-service panel processor offering the most comprehensive and highest-quality cabinetry, office furniture, closet systems, and store fixture components in the country.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race

According to Andy, success did not come overnight.

It was steady growth over the course of 30 years,” he said. “I am a process person. I like perfect things, and I like to repeat them, and our machines have lent themselves to that.”

Today, Andy looks exclusively to Stiles to provide the innovative, state-of-the-art machinery and solutions he requires to provide the level of quality and flexibility his customers have come to expect from Premier EuroCase. However, this relationship is far from one-sided and reflects what can happen when two companies, passionate about discovering innovative solutions, can accomplish when they work together towards a common goal.

What sets companies like Premier EuroCase and Stiles apart, is not only their commitment to providing solutions but their commitment to the success of their customers. Much like Stiles, Premier EuroCase is consultative in their approach. Their mission is to be a solutions provider, not just a product supplier.

Through this mutually beneficial partnership, Andy has been able to achieve great success in his business over the years which has made it possible for him to pursue one of his other passions, race car driving.

Running a Business is Like Driving a Race Car

With over 20 years of experience in club racing, Andy recently teamed up with Flying Lizard Motorsports, an iconic name in the sports car racing industry. Together with Flying Lizard, Andy is currently racing in the 2018 Porsche GT3 Trophy West Series, a series consisting of eight race weekends that will take place across the country at some of the best tracks in North America.

To celebrate the successful partnership between Premier EuroCase and Stiles, Andy has decided to feature the Stiles logo in the Premier EuroCase Reflekt high-gloss colors on his Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car as it races throughout the country from May through October of 2018.

To me, racing and business go hand in hand. If you don’t put in the time, you’re not going to compete at a certain level,” replied Andy when asked why he chose to feature the Stiles logo on his race car.

This is not the first time that Andy has represented Stiles on one of his race cars. Andy first featured the Stiles logo on his #43 yellow 1996 Porsche 993, as well as his #434 red 2002 Porsche 996 GT3 in a prelude to this long and successful relationship.

There are so many parallels between racing and business. That’s why for me racing is simple, you have to have a team, you have to have qualified people, and you have to have the right equipment to be successful. The reason I only drive Porsches is the same reason I only work with Stiles, because they produce the best and most reliable equipment in the industry, and I receive the support I need from the factory.”
