This innovative coating machine is designed for medium to large-sized craft and industrial companies that process large quantities and want to automate or optimize this process. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED is designed with a wide range of variants for this purpose. The large linear axis with up to 12 individually switchable spray guns always guarantees maximum quality, regardless of the workpiece or its material.

Energy-Efficient Design and Intelligent Control

The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED features a modern, energy-efficient spray booth with an intuitive touch display for simple and user-friendly operation. Integrated spray gun control and part recognition automatically optimize gun activation. The robust spray booth is constructed using stable profile elements and includes large glass panels for excellent visibility. Optional high-efficiency LED lighting (one or two units) provides uniform illumination of the entire spray area.

Efficient Coating Process and Easy Cleaning

Multiple preset spray programs support a wide range of workpieces and coating materials, with optimal recipe management for enhanced process control.

Cleaning effort is minimized through the optional paper belt system, making this coating machine especially suitable for frequent color material changes. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED can be equipped with a paper belt conveyor or a belt conveyor with paint recovery.
