HOMAG FEEDBOT D-310 Robotic Material Handling – DRILLTEQ V-310 Integration

The HOMAG FEEDBOT D-310 integrated with the DRILLTEQ V-310 vertical CNC processing center is one of the most compact and efficient cells available for furniture production. In this setup, the FEEDBOT D-310 significantly boosts overall productivity, operating continuously without breaks while delivering consistent, high-quality results around the clock.

Thanks to the unique design of the floating crosshead, this robotic manufacturing arm makes gentle and precise contact with the V-310’s CNC pins. This ensures safe and accurate placement of workpieces and that no damage occurs to either piece of equipment, even over significant amounts of runtime.

By default, the FEEDBOT D-310 is capable of up to four different series stacks on one pallet. Extended layer patterns for batch size one, including chaotic, are also possible. This makes the FEEDBOT D-310 extremely versatile when it comes to working with a variety of material types and sizes.
