Factory Layout
Based on customer requirements, Stiles created a tailored layout that featured a WEINMANN framing station operated by one person to efficiently construct wall panel frames with exceptional speed and automation.
The focal point of the line is a WEINMANN multi-function bridge, offering automated nailing, stapling, and routing capabilities unparalleled in the market, delivering accurate nail patterns and depth, along with impressive speed. The system also uses multiple transportation tables for seamless transfer of wall panels from one station to another.
Integration and Support
Stiles offered comprehensive support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth integration of new equipment into Schwieters’ existing infrastructure. They conducted training sessions, empowering the Schwieters team to maximize the full potential of the new WEINMANN line.
