Radio frequency (RF) presses use high-frequency electromagnetic energy to cure adhesives from the inside of the wood outward, dramatically accelerating the bonding process compared to traditional cold or hot pressing methods. Instead of relying on heat slowly transferring through the material, RF energy excites moisture within the glue line, allowing it to cure quickly and uniformly across the entire joint.
