Perfect surfaces on your materials.
Launched in Germany in 1933 by Karl Heesemann to manufacture the finest wood sanding machines, Heesemann is renowned worldwide for reliable mechanical engineering, efficient operation, and products that help you manufacture materials with flawless finishes.
The key innovation pioneered by Heeseman is the patented CSD® Segmented Pad System. The heart of any Heesemann widebelt sander, CSD is the industry’s only true all electronic segmented pad that ensures perfect sanding on any workpiece, regardless of the shape. Utilizing electronic actuators instead of pneumatic cylinders, the Heesemann CSD system is more precise, maintenance-free, and infinitely controllable.
Stiles is proud to represent this outstanding manufacturer and its broad range of widebelt sanding and brush sanding machines for finishing surfaces, edges and profiles, and preformed components.
