Stiles surface technologies feature intelligent controls, improved utilization and fully-automated trolley systems; allowing for advanced flexibility and stunning surface results. The MAKOR Start-One finishing machine on display in Stiles’ booth at AWFS is no exception. The MAKOR Start-One features four intelligent spray guns connected to one of three high-pressure paint circuits that travel along an oscillating arm as workpieces make their way through the machine ensuring a perfect finish every time.
Smart Manufacturing Solutions
At this year’s AWFS show, Stiles’ will be introducing the latest digital advancement in the woodworking industry, tapio. With tapio, everything you need to be successful is now centralized in one easy-to-use platform designed to dramatically increase the efficiency of production management including production optimization, plant and machinery operation, predictive maintenance and much more. In addition to tapio, Stiles is also featuring the first intelligent operator assistance system in panel sizing history, the intelliGuide. The intelliGuide system supports the operator visually by guiding them with an LED light strip and new laser technology projected directly onto the workpieces during cutting operations, increasing efficiency and eliminating errors.
Along with these advanced technologies, Stiles will also be offering virtual behind-the-scenes tours of their Stiles Support Services facilities along with a live feed of their customer support and KPI dashboards to give attendees a first-hand experience of their dedicated customer care operations.
