SAW400
Panel Saw Maintenance and Advanced Troubleshooting
This hands-on maintenance course begins with an outline of proper safety procedures before presenting the panel saw as a system of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and digital components.
Product quality issues like squareness and accuracy are examined, diagnosed, and corrected through proper calibration methods. Additionally, participants troubleshoot specific issues by performing adjustments of machine features including saw carriages, program and angular fences, rollers, and pressure beams.
Beyond mechanical components, participants will be introduced to advanced diagnostic tools designed to identify solutions to electrical and pneumatic issues. Using detailed schematics, participants explore the electrical cabinet and circuitry while interpreting error codes, lights, and machine manuals.
