Edgebander Operation and Maintenance - Category A
As the second phase of the Stiles University EDGE program, this in-person course opens with a review of panel, adhesive, and edgebanding materials, industry terminology, and proper tooling use and care.
Next, a hands-on navigation of a machine outlines proper unit adjustment, and details how to set-up, program, and operate the machine from the primary controller.
Additionally, participants engage in personalized process, production, and preventative maintenance consultations to improve product quality.
