Advanced woodWOP 3D Plugin Programming
woodWOP is the multi-dimensional, CAD-based programming and design platform for HOMAG CNC equipment. woodWOP established a common
programming language translatable from screen to machine.
This advanced course explores the CAD- and CAM-Plugins included in woodWOP for the processing of 3D parts. The CAD-Plugin provides essential tools to manually create surfaces while the CAM-Plugin allows the selection of surfaces and automatic calculation of required tooling paths, eliminating the need to program contour elements.
Instruction includes applicable exercises in efficient 3D programming, drafting, and machining techniques, router tooling parameters, feature recognition, and the importation of 3D models.
