Edgebanding

The newly redesigned coil assembly of the Vector Contour Revolution 180 will debut at the show, allowing for internal cutouts to be processed down to 500 mm, more consistent quality, and faster band changes.

It will also feature fully robotic nesting optimization delivered by Automatech Robotik’s ORRA™ technology, along with the full ORRA™ sorting-for-assembly capabilities being demonstrated for the first time at the show.

Stiles Machinery will demonstrate a complete range of the most advanced sanding and finishing technologies available for wood, plastics, metals, and advanced materials that manufacturers can explore. From start to finish, Stiles will showcase a complete range of finishing technologies from top providers including a Heesemann MFA Impression wide-belt sander, the NEXT-ONE oscillating sprayer from Makor, and Venjakob's VEN SPRAY PERFECT system, complete with the new VEN AIR VORTEX airflow and overspray separation module.

Also debuting is the Makor UV Gesso System, a high-speed profile finishing solution for finger-jointed and lineal components using 100% solids UV filler technology.
