9th Executive Briefing Conference Provides Inspiration to Industry Professionals, Dates and Location Announced for 10th Anniversary Event in 2012
Stiles Machinery Inc. is pleased to report that the ninth Executive Briefing Conference (EBC) provided valuable inspiration to the 125 industry professionals from across the United States who recently gathered in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Since inception in 2002, the consistent theme of the EBC is to answer the questions “What’s Now, What’s New, and What’s Next?” Stiles remains committed to offering the EBC as the premier venue for executives to network and explore new ways to succeed. Event evaluations confirmed the 2011 EBC was a timely reminder that much could be done to overcome the current economic conditions. As stated by Elliot Germany, president of Panel Specialists Inc., “The event platform allowed woodworking industry executives from a wide variety of markets, the opportunity for collective, positive collaboration on important issues concerning us all: what must be done in order for our businesses not only to survive, but also thrive in a weakened global economy.”

The conference was held April 10 to 12, 2011 at the 3M Innovation Center in St. Paul. Minnesota. In addition to the briefing sessions, the conference also included a tour of the 3M World of Innovation and demonstrations in 3M’s Customer Abrasive Methods (CAM) Center. “The 3M Innovation Center proved to be the perfect backdrop, offering inspiration and proof that success comes from innovative people and processes, creating quality products and offering needed services that bring significant value to their customers,” continued Germany.
The 2012 EBC will be the 10th anniversary of this industry event and will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina form March 4 to 6, 2012.
