With Stiles remote machinery diagnostics, our technical specialists work directly with you in real-time for fast results, to diagnose even the most challenging problem. All you need for remote machinery diagnostics are the following:
- Accessible Internet connection
- Communication hardware/software (as required by your hardware, for example, Teamviewer - V11 or higher)
- Remote diagnostics are chargeable at $425/incident unless under a machine warranty or valid support contract.
